All vehicles that transport or distribute liquid hydrocarbons, bulk LPG, compressed natural gas (CNG), and other hydrocarbon derivatives. This includes tankers, LPG trucks, distribution units, and hazardous cargo vehicles under D.S. 009-2020-EM.
How much is the fine for non-compliance with OSINERGMIN?
Fines can reach up to 65 UIT, which at the 2026 UIT value represents approximately S/ 325,000. Additionally, OSINERGMIN can order temporary seizure of the vehicle and suspension of operations.
What is OSINERGMIN's PLATIN system?
PLATIN is OSINERGMIN's monitoring system that receives real-time GPS data from all vehicles transporting hydrocarbons and LPG. Your GPS must continuously retransmit data (latitude, longitude, altitude, speed) to PLATIN's REST API.
What alerts does OSINERGMIN require?
OSINERGMIN requires four types of alerts: (1) geofence entry and exit, (2) stops longer than 10 minutes outside authorized points, (3) GPS disconnection or tampering, and (4) real-time position. Ditrack generates all of them automatically.
