GPS for Hydrocarbon and LPG Transport

DiTrack (Ditel Group S.A.C., RUC 20547437188), a Peruvian GPS monitoring company operating since 2012. We retransmit each vehicle's position in real time to SUTRAN and to OSINERGMIN's PMGO from a single GPS device: you don't need two devices or two providers. We are registered with the MTC as a value-added service company, and our standard device, the Wanwaytech GS12, is MTC-homologated under certificate TRFM59493 (public at she.mtc.gob.pe). The transport company remains the obligated party before each regulator; we provide the device, the platform and the retransmission.

Vehicles transporting crude oil, LPG, liquid fuels and other hydrocarbon derivatives, under OSINERGMIN's GPS regulation (amended by RCD 197-2020-OS/CD). This includes tankers and tank trucks. The obligated party is whoever is responsible for the vehicle, not the GPS provider.

The codified sanction for GPS infractions (rubro 4.9 of OSINERGMIN's scale, RCD 120-2023-OS/CD) is suspension of the Hydrocarbons Registry for up to 30 calendar days, doubled on recurrence within a year. A suspended unit is blocked in SCOP and cannot load fuel or LPG.

PMGO (Plataforma de Monitoreo GPS de Osinergmin) is the system that receives GPS data from vehicles transporting hydrocarbons and LPG; it replaced PLATIN in August 2026. Your monitoring company (EMV) must be registered on PMGO and send your vehicles' frames (plate, latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, odometer and event) as JSON over HTTPS to its REST API, with a unique token per EMV.

OSINERGMIN requires four alerts in the EMV's system: (1) geofence entry and exit, when OSINERGMIN sets the geofences; (2) stops longer than 10 minutes outside authorized points; (3) disconnection of the GPS's main power supply; and (4) signal loss. Ditrack automatically generates geofence entry and exit alerts and device power-cut alerts, and notifies you if the device stops communicating.

Installation takes less than 2 hours per vehicle. Retransmission to OSINERGMIN's PMGO is activated the same day. We deliver all compliance documentation.

The Ditrack platform shows retransmission status in real time. If there's an interruption, you receive an immediate alert. You can also request an active retransmission certificate to present to OSINERGMIN.

Yes. DiTrack is an EMV registered on PMGO, the platform that replaced PLATIN in August 2026, and our server sends frames directly to its REST API. The obligated party before OSINERGMIN is the carrier; we help you comply.

If your Ditrack GPS is active, retransmission to PMGO will be working. We provide all backup documentation: installation certificate, retransmission proof, and equipment manual. Our support assists you during the inspection.

Yes. The device has a backup battery and detects any power cut. It sends an immediate alert to the system and the platform logs the event. This complies with OSINERGMIN's requirement to detect equipment tampering.
