GPS retransmission as a service for GPS companies
Your clients need to comply with SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN or the ATU and you don't want to build or maintain that pipeline. We run it for you, per plate per month. You keep your brand, your client and your platform.
Everything included. No monthly fees, no hidden costs and no lock-in contract.

Premium devices, extended-coverage units or fleets with hardwired installation are quoted per specification.
Your client demands transmission to the State
A client with a cargo, fuel or urban-transport fleet asks you to comply with SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN or the ATU. Without that retransmission you lose the contract — or you can't even quote it.
ContractEvery regulator changes the rules
SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN's PLATIN, the ATU's SICM: each with its own frame, cadence and paperwork. And the ATU just came online. Keeping that current is permanent work, not a project you finish.
MaintenanceRunning the server is expensive
Development, infrastructure, 24/7 on-call and the risk that an outage triggers fines for your client. In many cases, building and sustaining it yourself costs more than letting us handle it.
CostWhat the service includes
All three regulators in one place
SUTRAN (cargo and passengers), OSINERGMIN PLATIN (LPG and fuels) and ATU SICM (urban transport in Lima–Callao). A single integration with us covers every entity.
Hardware-agnostic
It doesn't matter which device your client installed — Teltonika, GT06/Concox, Coban, Sinotrack and more. We capture it all, or take the stream from your platform (Wialon, Traccar and others).
Under your credentials, not ours
With SUTRAN and the ATU the party responsible before the regulator is the transport company, and we transmit under their access. Before the State, it's you and your client. We are infrastructure that stays invisible.
Integration in days
You point your stream at our endpoint and we normalize every position to each entity's frame — km/h, UTC-5, required fields — validating before we send.
Uptime you don't have to sustain
Permanent, monitored transmission, with retries and receipt confirmation. The availability the State demands, without you building or babysitting the server.
Your brand, your client, your price
We don't talk to your client and we don't appear on your invoice. You bill your client; we bill you per plate per month. The business stays yours.
How we operate for you
Without you switching platforms or touching a line of code
You point your stream
In your device's protocol or via your platform's retransmitter (Wialon IPS/NMEA, among others). You give us the plate list.
We convert and validate
We normalize every position to the frame each regulator requires and validate against the registry before sending. We drop what the entity would reject.
We deliver to the State
To SUTRAN (REST API), to OSINERGMIN (PLATIN) and to the ATU (SICM over WebSocket), with retries and uptime monitoring. In production, 24/7.
You bill your client
We bill you per plate per month. You keep the commercial relationship, the brand and the margin. We're your provider, not your competitor.
How it works legally
With SUTRAN and the ATU the obligated party is the transport company; we are the technical provider that transmits on its behalf. The ATU even expressly authorizes integrating third-party fleet managers. For OSINERGMIN we adapt the operation to your registration. You never stop being your client's provider.
Why DiTrack as your pipeline?
In production since 2012
We retransmit to SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN and the ATU every day, over a multi-brand, multi-protocol fleet. It's not a project we're going to build — it already runs.
Over 1,800 devices installed since 2012
Fourteen years operating GPS in Peru as the arm of Ditel Group. The infrastructure we give you is already proven at scale, not a pilot.
More than 20 active integrations
Beyond the State, we already feed private fleet hubs in the Peruvian ecosystem. Connecting a new entity or client is routine for us.
You don't switch platforms
We connect on top of what you already use. Wialon, Traccar, GPSWOX or your own backend: we take your stream and deliver it to the regulator.
We are invisible infrastructure
Your client never sees us. You remain their GPS provider; we're the technical layer that does the compliance underneath.
Local support, not a call center
A team in Lima that knows every frame, every rule change and every device in the Peruvian market. When the ATU changes the format, we track it for you.
The maintenance risk is ours
When a regulator changes the frame, we update it. You never touch the integration or sustain the uptime again.
Frequently asked questions about retransmission as a service
Does my client have to change device or platform?
No. We capture any device brand and connect on top of your current platform. Your client notices no change: they keep seeing their fleet where they always have.
Before the regulator, do I appear or does DiTrack?
You and your client. With SUTRAN and the ATU the responsibility belongs to the transport company, and we transmit under their credentials — we're invisible infrastructure. With OSINERGMIN we adapt to your registration. We never replace you as the provider.
Which regulators do you cover?
SUTRAN (cargo and passenger transport), OSINERGMIN PLATIN (hydrocarbons, LPG and fuels) and ATU SICM (urban transport in Lima and Callao). A single integration with us covers all three.
How much does it cost?
Per plate per month, depending on the destination authority and volume. Write to us with how many plates you manage and which regulators you need, and we'll quote it.
What if SUTRAN or the ATU change the frame format?
We update it. It's part of the service: you touch nothing. That's exactly why it's worth leaving the pipeline to us instead of maintaining it in-house.
Can I start with just a few plates?
Yes. You can start with a single client or a single fleet and grow from there. There is a monthly minimum per integrator to cover support, which we discuss based on your case.
