SUTRAN GPS Compliance in Peru

DiTrack (Ditel Group S.A.C., RUC 20547437188), a Peruvian GPS monitoring company operating since 2012. We retransmit each vehicle's position in real time to SUTRAN and to OSINERGMIN's PMGO from a single GPS device: you don't need two devices or two providers. We are registered with the MTC as a value-added service company, and our standard device, the Wanwaytech GS12, is MTC-homologated under certificate TRFM59493 (public at she.mtc.gob.pe). The transport company remains the obligated party before each regulator; we provide the device, the platform and the retransmission.

Under the RNAT, cargo and regular national-scope passenger transport vehicles in Peru must retransmit GPS signals to SUTRAN's Centro de Gestion y Monitoreo. This applies to interprovincial cargo trucks, passenger buses, and special transport vehicles. Not having the system is a 0.7 UIT fine and not transmitting 0.5 UIT (S/3,850 and S/2,750 in 2026, RNAT infraction table); for cargo, enforcement is suspended until Dec 31, 2028 (DS 023-2025-MTC), while for passengers it is in force.

OSINERGMIN requires all vehicles transporting hydrocarbons (fuel) and LPG (gas) to have GPS tracking with real-time retransmission to their monitoring system. This applies to tanker trucks, LPG delivery vehicles, and related transport. Ditrack provides direct retransmission compliant with current OSINERGMIN regulations.

SUTRAN inspectors can verify retransmission status in real time. If your vehicle is not reporting, you face a 0.5 UIT fine (S/2,750 in 2026, RNAT table; suspended for cargo until Dec 31, 2028) and, for passengers, SUTRAN can immobilize the vehicle until you regularize.
