Is it useful if I drive for ride-hailing apps?
Yes. The ride-hailing app tracks the trip for the passenger; our GPS protects YOUR vehicle: engine cut-off if it's stolen, panic button on risky rides and mileage control. They're different things and they complement each other.
What happens if my taxi gets stolen?
You watch the live location from your phone, share it with the police and, once the vehicle stops, immobilize it with the remote engine cut-off. The backup battery keeps the GPS transmitting even if they disconnect the car.
Is the engine cut-off dangerous?
No. The cut-off applies safely: the device immobilizes the vehicle when it's stopped or at very low speed, never at full speed. You trigger it from the platform and the device confirms execution.
Can I control the second-shift driver?
Yes. You see routes, stops, speeds and kilometers for the full shift, with on-platform reports up to 90 days and history retained for 12 months. You can also get an alert if the taxi starts outside the agreed schedule.
My taxi runs interprovincial colectivo — do I need anything else?
Yes: interprovincial passenger transport must transmit to SUTRAN. Our SUTRAN retransmission is included at no additional cost, with the certificate you may be asked for during inspections.
Does the GPS drain the taxi's battery?
No. Consumption is minimal (similar to a radio on standby) and the device has its own backup battery. A taxi that works daily will never notice it.
