Teltonika GPS Peru · Partner + Turnkey
We are a Teltonika Partner in Peru. Official 4G and LTE-M hardware, configuration for SUTRAN and OSINERGMIN, professional installation and proprietary platform. One company for the entire solution.
Teltonika models we operate
4G LTE Cat 1 and LTE-M line ready for Peruvian regulation. No 2G devices, future-proof against the Peruvian carrier 2G shutdown.
FMC920
LTE Cat 1 with 2G fallback. Compact for light vehicles. Panic via AIN1, engine cut via DOUT, battery AVL 113. Our most-used Teltonika unit.
FMC130
LTE Cat 1 with 4 DIN, 4 DOUT and AIN. Ideal for fleets with fuel sensors, temperature, CAN-bus peripherals. Wired and rugged.
FMM920
LTE Cat M1 + NB-IoT. Coverage where standard 4G is weak: mines, northern coast, highlands. Same compact form as FMC920.
FMC640
Rugged unit for heavy vehicles, mining and long-haul. CAN-BUS, RS-232, more processing, larger internal battery.
TAT240
Battery-powered autonomous tracker for containers, trailers, machinery without onboard power. LTE-M + NB-IoT, multi-year autonomy.
FMC003
OBD-II 4G tracker for fast install on post-2008 vehicles. Plug and play in minutes. Ideal for service fleets or car rentals.
What you avoid by working with a Teltonika Partner
Buying Teltonika through the right channel saves you costly problems. These are the three most common in Peru.
Grey-market hardware
Teltonika units from informal imports: no official warranty, outdated firmware, no FOTA WEB access, no manufacturer support. The day it fails, nobody answers. Buy through the partner channel or stay exposed.
No warrantyBad config = 65 UIT fine
A misconfigured FMC920 sends broken data to SUTRAN or OSINERGMIN. The non-compliance fine reaches 65 UIT per unit (over S/ 330,000). Hardware is fine, setup decides whether you pay or you comply.
Real fines2G units at end of life
If you have Teltonika FMB in your fleet (2G/3G), Peruvian carriers are sunsetting 2G. Without a 4G/LTE-M migration the fleet goes silent with no notice. Planned migration costs much less than a halted fleet.
2G shutdownWhat's included in our Teltonika service
Direct Teltonika Partner
We source Teltonika hardware through the official Teltonika channel (Teltonika del Perú SAC). Official warranty, current firmware, access to FOTA WEB and the partner portal. We are not resellers hidden behind multiple intermediaries.
SUTRAN and OSINERGMIN configuration
Every unit leaves our shop configured to retransmit to SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN or ATU depending on the case. AVL 239 (Ignition), AVL 66 (External Voltage), AVL 113 (Battery), AVL 252 (Unplug), AVL 179 (DOUT). No surprises during inspection.
FOTA WEB and remote maintenance
Firmware updates, configuration changes and remote diagnostics via FOTA WEB. You don't need to move the vehicle to the shop every time a new release comes out. The fleet is maintained from Lima.
Turnkey installation
We receive the hardware, configure it, install it, deliver it operational. One company, one invoice, one warranty. National coverage for mid-size and large fleets.
Proprietary Ditrack platform
Your Teltonika hardware reports to the Ditrack platform: bilingual, with maps, geofences, SUTRAN/OSINERGMIN reports, WhatsApp alerts, compliance dashboard and mobile app. You don't depend on foreign platforms that change pricing every year.
For distributors and resellers
If you sell Teltonika hardware and your customer asks for installation + platform, we help. Your hardware, your customer, our service. We close what you can't operate and you don't lose the sale.
How we run your Teltonika project
Four steps from first contact to vehicle reporting
We talk
You tell us how many vehicles, the use case, what regulation applies. We recommend the right Teltonika model: FMC920, FMC130, FMM920, FMC640, TAT240 or another based on the case.
We configure
In our shop we leave every unit with the exact configuration for your case. Ignition source, sensor mapping, geofences, regulatory reports, SIM and APN. Tested before shipping.
We install
Professional installation at your base or shop. Clean wiring, AIN1 panic button verified, engine cut tested, first live report confirmed before closing the ticket.
We monitor
We deliver the Ditrack platform ready to use and maintain the units via FOTA WEB. Any compliance alert or retransmission issue we handle before it becomes a problem.
Teltonika hardware compatible with all Peruvian regulations
We configure Teltonika devices to comply with SUTRAN (cargo and passenger), OSINERGMIN (hydrocarbons and LPG) and ATU (urban transport Lima and Callao). AVL parameters are tuned for the use case, reports are automated and documentation is ready for inspection.
Why Ditrack for your Teltonika fleet
Official Teltonika Partner
Direct access to the partner portal, FOTA WEB, technical support and official Teltonika warranty. We work with the full 4G/LTE-M line: FMC, FMM, TAT, TST. No 2G units.
Configuration specialists
We know every AVL parameter, every sleep mode, every Codec 8E behavior. Our capture daemons are built on the real Teltonika protocol, not generic documentation.
Compatible with Peruvian regulation
SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN, ATU, MTC. We configure units to comply from the first report. No backtracking because an AVL was missing.
Proprietary bilingual platform
Your Teltonika fleet reports to ditrack.pe, a platform in Spanish and English. You don't depend on foreign vendors with volatile licensing.
National coverage
We install in Lima, Arequipa, Trujillo, Chiclayo, Piura, Cusco, Huancayo, Ica and other regions. If the unit comes from a distributor, we receive it, configure it and ship it to the destination.
Distributor support
If you are a Teltonika distributor or reseller and your customer asks for a complete solution, we back you up. We don't take the hardware sale: we only take the installation and platform side.
Frequently asked questions
Is Ditrack an official Teltonika Partner in Peru?
Yes. We are a registered Teltonika Partner with direct access to the partner portal, FOTA WEB and official technical support. We work with the full 4G/LTE-M Teltonika Telematics line: FMC, FMM, TAT, TST and more. We don't sell 2G hardware because Peruvian carriers are sunsetting that network.
What Teltonika models do you install in Peru?
The most common are FMC920 (compact 4G), FMC130 (4G with 4 DIN/DOUT), FMM920 (LTE-M + NB-IoT for hard-coverage zones), FMC640 (premium for heavy and mining) and TAT240 (autonomous asset tracker). We only sell 4G/LTE-M: Peruvian carriers are sunsetting 2G and we don't recommend FMB units anymore. Any other Teltonika model we source through the official channel.
Do you configure Teltonika FMC920 to retransmit to SUTRAN?
Yes. We configure AVL 239 (Ignition), AVL 240 (Movement), AVL 66 (External Voltage), AVL 113 (Battery percentage), AVL 252 (Unplug detection) and AVL 179 (DOUT1 relay) based on use case. Retransmission to SUTRAN, OSINERGMIN or ATU is ready from the first power-on.
Do you import Teltonika hardware directly or just resell it?
We import directly through Teltonika's partner channel at official partner pricing. We are not resellers hidden behind layers. This lowers the final cost and ensures the unit has updated firmware, active warranty and FOTA WEB access.
I'm a Teltonika distributor in Peru. Can you help with installation and platform?
Yes. If you sell Teltonika hardware and your customer needs the full solution, we take only the installation and platform piece. Your hardware margin stays intact. One company closes the project without your customer going to a competitor. Let's talk.
What warranty does Teltonika hardware have?
Teltonika units have official 24-month factory warranty against defects. As a partner, we handle RMAs directly with Teltonika so you don't ship the unit to Europe yourself. Installation workmanship: additional 12 months.
How long does an FMC920 installation take in Lima?
If the unit is pre-configured in the shop, vehicle installation takes 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on wiring (engine cut, panic button, fuel sensor). In Lima we can do same-day service. Outside Lima we schedule 48 to 72 hours.
Do you serve outside Lima?
Yes. We have national coverage for mid-size and large fleets. In provinces we work with Teltonika-trained installers or ship the pre-configured unit for a local technician following our protocol. The platform works the same.
Is the platform Teltonika or yours?
The platform is Ditrack, proprietary, hosted in Peru. Your Teltonika hardware reports to our servers and is visualized at ditrack.pe. You don't depend on foreign platforms (Wialon, Navixy, others) that change licensing pricing every year. If you want to use your own server, we configure that too.
How do I quote a Teltonika fleet with installation and platform?
WhatsApp +51 989 589 654 or call. We need to know vehicle count, operation type (cargo, passenger, hydrocarbons, asset tracking) and which regulation applies. We quote Teltonika hardware + installation + platform + support in one proposal.
